FTP error

upgraded to 2.1.11 and now when I upload via FTP everything uploads ok but when I go to settings - FTP and select a catagory click import files I get an error "You need to select a category upload files to." but I already selected a category. Tried with both FF 16.0.1 and IE9

Are you using SMF 2.0 or SMF 1.1.x

not sure if this is linked but when I click on a category now it displays the correct category but the links for the category address just below the main menu are not correct

update on this

if I upload less that 100 files it works ok 100+ files it returns the no category error
