Problem with length of listing

Because there is no notification of listings submitted it is often 1 or 2 days before I notice them. Yet the listing runs from submission date. Can this be altered easily to approval date, which would be fairer?

!Expire date now starts from the approval date of the listing.


I am thinking I might just hold off and wait to Classifieds 3.0 for this update.
