Country Flags problem

I tried to install CountryFlags mod but when i install i get this,i ignored this message and clicked ok but when i go to forum profile and choose a country and click save it doesnt save .Coz if these errors i think.

Yeah you will have to modify the mod manually and make the changes.

Yes since there is something else modifying the files causing the package error.
