Products aren't being added to My Orders for customers!

Oh.  :-(  I just spent the morning trying to extract user names from paypal transactions so I could gift them the products they had purchased over the weekend.  Sure would be nice if there was a fix for me.  . . .

One thing that did happen over the weekend was that paypal sent me an error.

I could really use some help resolving this. . . "Please contact your service provider with the above information." is what Paypal is e-mailing with daily now.

I clicked the link from paypal but bigger issue is now I am getting a time out when visiting your site "the connection has timed out" your site is not loading.

I haven't had any issues with my site for a few weeks now since I moved it to a new hosting company.  Could it be that something to do with paypal is still pointing to my old IP?

When the site doesn't load any ipn transactions that might be pushed will be lost since paypal cant reach the site to send them.
