rating mod for download?

i posted about creating a product review type mod in the suggestion area, but what about the rating mod you have here for the mods? looking it over, it seems it could work for what i am wanting. it would allow me to post products then members who have used the product could rate it and leave comments about it. so my question is, can you package this mod for download here?

Its kind of tied into the site. Would be hard to make into a mod.
So you want a product listing mod? What kind of information is entered on a product.

basically it would work similiar to your rating system only within a category. only a member of a certain membergroup can create a new topic with a picture of a product, then a small description about the product. forum members who have used the product can then click, rate this product button, choose from a star rating of 0-5 including half stars if possible, type a description of thier experience with the product then click submit rating. when other users see brand X topic and they open it, they will see how many users have rated the product and what pros and cons people had about it.

there is a thread rating mod for smf that i have tweaked a little to work but it isn't complete. it is only about half of what i am wanting. that mod lets you choose which forums to allow rating which is nice, it rates 1-5 stars.
