[Video Addon] Sound starts automatic, Video not

Hello!

One User have a problem: When he want to look a video and he klick on it, the sounds start automatic. When he click on play, the sound starts twice and the video is showing.

Using Firefox and Safari - booth the same.

I (Admin) have no issues like this.

Any ideas for troubleshooting? Problems with Java or Flash on the PC from user?

Could be pc/browser issue if you are having no problems that is likely the case.

Do you have an idea, how to fix?

java/Flash update or something? What is the player using from the Local-machine?
