I translate language files english to turkish but i didn't find and translate "User Galleries / Galleries created by members" text. Where is the text in file?

Check both modifications.english.php and gallery.english.,php

If you are taking bout the category description for member galleries you would need to edit that by editing the category.

If that is for your main forum might be a webhosting issue or generally SMF probably. I do not see any gallery part in that url.

user galleries pages all users listing. But i want only shown active gallery (uploaded photo/s) users listing in this page.

Check and save "Show only user galleries for uploaders"
