Error in the log

I have installed v5.0.3.b (package is 5.0.3.c but installed as .b) and in the log I see this error several times (about 500 in 2 day's):

It looks like all is working fine..... I don't know what is happening..

Either permission issue with file_get_contents permissions  in php

Or the tinypic site wasn't working. The url is used in sharing.
