Compatibility

I would like to purchase the Gallery Pro software if it's entirely compatible with my forum (SMF 2.0.6).  It says on the features page that 'GD is required for resizing of images'.  Not sure what that is.  Could someone explain? 

Also, I have a 'no right click' mod installed to prevent members from downloading others' photos. Will that cause a conflict?

Yes it is entirety compatible with SMF 2.0.6

GD - is an image resizing library comes standard for nearly all hosts. You can see if it is installed under Admin -> Support and Credits it will list GD on that page

It will work fine with the right click mod.

Just checking before I install, my forum is in a subdirectory of a domain. So to install, do I just put the appropriate URL in the box on the sales page and then pay? 

Example: www.mydomain.com/forum

Thank you. Done. I'm assuming I don't have to uninstall the Lite version before installing the Pro mod. Is that correct?

uh oh. I didn't uninstall Lite first. Pro install seemed to go fine, although I only see settings but no gallery. Please advise. Should I uninstall and start over?

Also, when I did the page to license, I got an error that the license had already been used.

Do you see a gallery/tab menu item?

Also do you have a gallery configuration inside the admin area for your forum?


The license looks good you are active in the Customer Group for SMF Gallery

Also attach your Sources/Subs.php want to check to see if the edit was made to that file.

Also are you using a custom theme? If so check if you have a themes/yourthemenamhere/languages/modifications.english.php file
