How to regenerate thumbnails?

I've needed to double the image size for thumbnails on our site and while the new uploads have the larger thumbnails, the earlier ones do not. How can I regenerate them?

There should be a link to button in the admin setting page to rengerate all thumbnails.
If not there is also a category level option you can click.
