If it's in SMF 2.0 you would edit the Sources/Subs.php file and file the entry for the downloads menu and classifieds menu in the main menu array.

I've removed the help menu
But I can not find the code of Classifieds menus.

I used Menu Editor lite but I need to nofollow search, login and register menu
