But when the license expires, do I have to pay for another one?

No you can continue to use on your forum. You only pay if you want updates/access to downloads.

The renewal price is normally the purchase price of the product divided by two

If some day I want to buy the Community Suite, there's a chance to get a discount?
If yes, should be before my two licenses expires or it doesn't matter?

Also with Community Suite I don't have to renewal the licenses?

Community Suite still has  a renewal license but it is just one renewal fee for access to all the software.
