Upgrading from 2.0 to 2.5 - Manual Edits

Hello, I would like to upgrade my 2.0 to 2.5. Is there are change log with the needed manual edits? Since my current shop has been modified I would need to appyl those changes manually in order to keep my modifications. Thank you, Nicole

There is a changelog but there is no list of manual edits since there were many edits. In the case I suggest using software such as beyond compare to merge the changes that you have made.
