Ad Manager showing one ad more frequently than others

Hi,

I've just added another advertiser who has his image on his own server, and for some reason his ad keeps popping up more frequently than the others. On 30 pag refreshes I counted 6 of his ads vs 2 of another. Settings are the same, only two boxes checked on all advertisers. It might be a coincidence if I had not tried it a few times now with the same results.

Anyone know how this is possible?

It is all based on random numbers. If a random number is chosen more frequently that ad will show more often.
