Everything seems to work except Bulk Add

I had lite installed originally and it worked fine. I uninstalled per the instructions, installed Pro and all seems good except the only reason I bought pro and that's the bulk add.

It goes thru the steps just doenst add bulk to gallery. I'm using the admin account to add and still nothing. Single Image upload works fine.

Did you check your permissions? I could as an Amin, but guests could not. Then I checked the permissions for each group and fixed it.

I would try removing the limits on the gallery such as width height and fileszie and try to do bulk uploads again.

Bulk add is exactly what I need but there is no such option anywhere in the program. There is no option anywhere that even mentions adding more than one image at a time.

What version of SMF Gallery are you running?
And do you have the bulk upload permission under permissions for the gallery.
You will find bulk upload option inside a normal gallery category.

I have no idea what version, I looked everywhere but could not find anything. It's whatever version was available when we purchased it from you last year. There is no mention of bulk upload in the gallery permissions or anywhere else. There is no bulk upload option inside a normal gallery category.

Very few of our members have figured out how to use the gallery even with the tutorial that I posted, heck, I haven't really been able to figure it out yet.

Never mind,I give up, I get this message: 

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

I have never been able to have anything work right with this program, I'll go find another one.

How come it's always the programs fault and not the person using it 

If you had taken the time to read through the whole post you would have found the following:

Add this to the package manager url and you will be able to uninstall 1.1.1 mods.
;version_emulate=1.1.1

Should look something like this
http://www.yourforum.com/index.php?action=packages;version_emulate=1.1.1

If your using a different version of SMF then use that number instead. Once you want to add the package just do the same in reverse.
