smf gallery video add on max filesize

Hello
I have my smf forum on a shared host with max 64 MB  in upload size.
Maybee i will buy the video add on for my forum, but can admin upload bigger videos on ftp for the users, if anyone want bigger videos in the 64 MB.

It is one file upload limit for all users.
