If Apache friendly URLs are activated, will topics be duplicated on Google

If Apache friendly URLs are activated after so many threads have already been crawled, will topics with the new URL style also be added/duplicated on Google?

I am thinking of activating Apache friendly URLs, but I don't want my threads which are already crawled to be duplicated alsowith the new style URL format.

They will be duplicated.
Just did a test here. One with apache and one normal. They both have the same html code. There is no noindex added to the old version. And it doesn't redirect either so I believe it will counted twice.
