Also got another one for you. I want to add a product where user inputs price, staff name, and quote description than adds to cart.
this is basically for support tickets where the support is not covered by the standard support packages and where a staff member has quoted a price to the client.
The client adds this to his/her cart along with the amount staff quoted, who quoted, and what the description of the quote was for.
leave it to me to really be a pain lmao. I'll get to it at some point if you dont get a chance i know your swamped too. were gonna have that group get transfered to a new membergroup called open ticket, than when ticket is complete the staff member responsible will update transaction log and update member group to verified customer closing the ticket.
