Is it possible to show different ads to users in different locations?

Is it possible to show different ads to users in different locations?  For example, I want 1 ad shown to visitors in Texas while visitors in the other 49 states see a different ad.

We do not have geo location options built in at the moment but that would a good feature request.

A state level geo location would require buying a state geo to ip database though.

I think my programmer has a script that uses Goggle APIs. If not, I think GeoLite offers a free database.
