Can't Upload Videos

[stargazing]

I'm have some other things happening. I can upload Photos and pick the Categories and they upload fine, but when trying to upload a video I can only put links to youtube. If I try to upload a video it comes back

You need to select a category.

The thing is I have picked a Category and in permissions I have Add Video is checked under Gallery Configuration>Category Permission List for all
and under the Member Permission>SMF Gallery>Add Video is checked for the Members groups I want to be able to add videos.

How large of a file?

More than likely you are exceeding your php limit settings
