No twit when adding picture

Hi,

I've problem to make the twitter option working. 

I'm sure the Twitter 'Consumer Key' & 'Twitter Consumer Secret are correctly' filled in the twitter settings, and when I click on 'Sign in with twitter account', it leads me the the twitter application page where I can once again allowing my account to allow the application doing twits. Note that I also gave full permissions on my twitter application page (Read, Write and Access direct messages).
So all looks fine but when I publish a new picture, there's no twit created.
I have no error message in the log file... what could be the problem?

Damn, I've missed that option (  ) ... added now, and it works great, many thanks 

PS : still not possible to add #keywords to the description?

Keywords from the tags to hash tags in the twitter post? If so would need to build it. The only issue is making sure you have enough room in the tweet to do it.
