Combining Board Index Top and Overall Header

Hi,
I need some help on how to make a custom ad location. I like the ad location of Board Index Top, however, it shows only on the index page. How to make it appear on every page, just like Overall Header appears?

I have one more question - if I have different types of banners for one location, is there any way to put different weights for how often each of them will show. I suppose the only way to do that is with custom code.

The board index location only appears in the boardindex template.
What we can do though is move the top ad location code to after

For second question you can sort of do it on ad basis if you know how many impressions you get per day on average with the "Max Impressions Per Day" feature on each ad.
