Do I have to install each mod if I bought the community suite

Do I have to install each mod if I bought the community suite or is there one zip that includes everything. I just bought it on sale! $200, great success!

I didn't know where to post this, ad seller pro is the mod I am most interested in.

Yes you install each mod on it's own so you can pick and choose what you want. You have access to them all.
