Menu items still showing after deletion

Hello,

I did a reinstall of my entire forum and now have an issue where I change or remove a link, but the menu still shows the old version. Is there a file somewhere that perhaps does not have proper permissions?

Example:  I removed an external link under a certain tab, it is no longer in the MySQL table, yet is still in the menu after I save the changes.

Have you tried clearing the caches in Menu Editor Pro?
