Description not carried over from downloads area to release thread

I was hoping this would be in the latest version, but if I could get a modified file, or do it myself I'd be ok with that.

When you upload a file you put in an image and a description. This is not being carried over to the release thread, it just shows the preview picture (medium thank you which takes you to the download.

Is this a simple fix I can do on my own?

Have add it in the new release update
4.1
+Added add download link to top nav bar if you have permission to add downloads
+Added description to post being made on auto post to board setting on category level and also if the download is edited
+Added new gif resize class to work better with animated gifs

Call me dense, but I can't find it. I looked in downloads, and in the forum. I searched "4.1" but all it came up with is this thread.
