Feed Poster installation error

I am getting the following error when installing the RSS Feed Poster mod.

Fatal error: packageinstall() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/theultim/public_html/Packages/temp/./FeedPostersql.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/theultim/public_html/Sources/Packages.php on line 552

Problem one in one, how it to touch up?
on hosting all be well!!

Thought that  rights for access...
I gave rights for access complete, a proprietor for directories was done by www:www and tried itself to do...
did not turn out!
