"Search" Badge not being awarded

I have updated Badge Awards to the latest version: version 2.0
I find that the "Search" badge is not being awarded. There are members with the "Search" badge from some time ago, but no new badges are awarded. If I create a dummy member and do a search, no badge is awarded.

Can you point me in the right direction to fix this please.

Make sure the edit to the sources/search.php occurs.

Thanks. I have checked the file you suggested and this was already added to search.php

Other badges are being awarded but not the "Search" badge.

Is there anywhere else I should check for something missing?
