Hi,
I am interested in upgrading to Gallery Pro.
I have a few galleries in the Lite Edition.
If I buy the Pro edition, will the previous galleries still
available and with their view numbers ?

Yes the pro edition will auto convert the SMF Gallery lite edition into the pro edition all the data is kept and just upgraded.

Does Gallery Lite have to be uninstalled first ?

Yes I suggest you do. All data is kept intact nothing is lost on uninstall.
