Subscription page error

Set up subscription page with signup form builder...

Getting error:

Am I missing something?

It looks like another mod is causing a conflict my guess would be GuestRegistrationNotification looks like it is leaving unclean code.

I think you are right... will remove it and see if that resolves the conflict. Cheers.
