Permissions ?? not seeing Member Galleries

I did a search on "Permissions" to try and figure out the problme I'm haveing but I'm not sure if any of them match what I'm seeing.

We are not seeing the Member galleries and I can see were to set the "Auto Approve Pictures " and a few other things.

I'll atach a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

Attach your Sources/ManagePermissions.php this usually occurs if the lite edition was not uninstalled before installing the pro edition.

I thought I had uninstalled the light version, but I could have had a brain fart and screwed it up.

Fixed file attached all permissions should be listed now.

I am having the same problem but I was blond and did not uninstall the light version. I have uninstalled both and reinstalled Pro but the problem is still there

Where do I find the ManagePermissions.php file
