Badge Awards
« on: June 29, 2015, 05:21:34 pm »
So I understand that the basis for badgeawards is if you complete basic tasks, you get a badge.

My question is: If my forum is already fully functional (we are approaching 150k posts), will members just seemlessly start earning these badges?

And is there a way to issue custom-awards to unqiue users. Say I want to issue silver-donor awards to users who donate $25 (manually) is this already possible, and if not would there be a way to pay SMFHacks to make a custom-version of this product for my forums, where I have both the automatic, and manual features.

Thank you for your time.
Regards,
balon

Yes members will just start earning those badges. We also have a built in function to auto rebadge all members with badges that they should have already earned.

Yes you can create your own badge badges and manually assign to a user. To make them automatic requires some custom coding depending on the condition.

Manual Assignments will do, no need for automation on those.

Many thanks! You can close this or whatever. We'll be purchasing soon.
