Noob Installation Error

I am trying to install but I have a few files that are failing the test.  I'm not a PHP guy, and was hoping someone might be able to help with the manual installation of the code.  I have two themes (core and reseller) I have uploaded them to separate Zip's  The screen shot of the error is also attached.

Are you using the core theme too? Or just the reseller theme?
Be sure to have adseller pro installed first I can then make the changes if needed.

Only the Reseller theme, but I was wanting to keep the other theme open in case we had any errors with the reseller.  Everything is getting setup now.  You want me to install and then send the files that need fixed?

The menu pro mod I did not make so not sure what the issue would be
