Ad placement question

Hey guys -

After purchasing one of your mods (love it BTW) I tried using the ads seller pro mod to specifically place ads below the first post like you guys have on this site.

Unfortunately, the ads are never directly under the first post - it's either directly to the right of the post or slightly just below the post but not centered (more towards the right).

Any input on this would be appreciated.

Attach your display.template.php of your theme.
Along with what ad location you are using such as after first post ad location
