How to give manual awards with no action?

I don't have an action list to use for the badge awards, unless the only ones available are the ones the mod came with the other awards.
Is there more actions to use? and what will i put as an action if I add a manual requestable award?

You can make up a new one. The action list is mainly for built in actions and if you want to do a custom automatically one. For manually awards you can use anything.
