Made some progress with your suggestion to use "empty" selection for Alignment option. However, the two banners then touch and don't look very pretty. That could be solved by added some white space around each graphic so at least there is a viable option.

See attached, which includes an image of the existing settings in 'Manage Ads' and also, what the 2 banners look like.

I think the Forum info pertaining to the "Member, Posts, Online" counts, which is displayed at the bottom right portion of the "Board Index Top" may have been causing some issues that now appear to be resolved "if" the alignment option is set to "Empty" (no value).

Any last thoughts from the pro?

I haven't tried your latest file for download, I will do it shortly but in the interim, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you very much for all your time and assistance. I'm really very impressed with your high level of service and the amount of time you spent to assist me. It really is appreciated. I owe you and I won't forget to repay.

I've attached one last image of the current banner placement, oh, of course, you were correct, as refreshes occur, the banners 1 & 2 change locations automatically, very nice, you're a genius, at least from my non-HTML ability. Your wife may also disagree with me.

I have other questions for you but I will save them for another time, you've provided enough support at this time.
