Bought SMF Pro but have no License number!

Just bought an SMF Pro Upgrade from SMF Lite but I never received a license number. 

Am I missing something???

Unfortunately, I did not receive email with the download link.

All I received was a PayPal payment confirmation.

Is there some way that email can be resent?
