Can't find Bulk Upload Feature

I can't be that stupid? Well maybe I can, but I would still appreciate any help. Changed the permissions  and can upload single pics, but can't find any way to upload bulk images.

Did you enable under permissions  for each membergroup "Bulk Add"

I did. Every active user group. And I'm the admin. That's why I'm a bit perplexed. Or stupid!

The bulk add pictures link should be inside each category created. So if you have a main category click on that category then inside on that page there should be a link there for it.
