Topic from Gallery and Forum not synchron with deleted accounts

Normaly if you edit a Topic over the Gallery, than the Topic from the SMF Forum will be changed too. I noticed today, if the User no longer exists, but the posts are still with "Guest" there, than the change for the Forum will not work ?

It may not work haven't tested that.
So you are saying that if there is a post from a deleted member account the gallery will not update it when the picture is edited?

Yes exactly, the post inside the forum will not longer be edited.
