Parsing DownloadsPro4.1.8a

I am trying to replace my free version of the Downloads mod with DownloadsPro4.1.8a

I know I need to uninstall the free version first and I need to do this partly manually because the automatic uninstall throws up errors. I am clear about to do this. Parsing this file works fine and shows me the edits.

I was checking what changes I need to make when installing DownloadsPro4.1.8a.
When I parse DownloadsPro4.1.8a on the SMFHACKS website to see the edits needed I just get a page load of error messages.
I have tried parsing the file using other parsers and get the same error messages.

Am I doing something wrong? What is the best way to parse DownloadsPro4.1.8a to see all of the file edits?
