How Can I Get Help?

I have purchased ad seller pro 2 years in a row and I’m unable to make it work properly, can I get help? I'm also interested in some of the other software but may need help getting it going? How can I get someone to help with install and setup?

Do you need help installing? If so are you using a custom theme?
The quickest way for me is to pm ftp information and admin login to the forum.

I'll send over info in a pm. I got a few ads to show and then it quit working. So I'm still using blocks for banners which I have to do manually. I don't mind paying for help to get Ad Seller Pro going correctly.

Send me over the exact details of what needs to change or needs to be updated. If I am editing files will either need the theme files or ftp access.

I can't enter any ads, it has never worked at all. Not sure what is wrong specifically. If I have done something wrong I will pay for fixing it. I just really need it to work. Thanks again!
