pictures from lite not showing in pro

After the installation and the setting the change permissions, none of the pictures from the lite version nor any pictures I have uploaded will show.  I get the red X in the white box.

I tried a few things but nothing worked.  Any ideas?

First thing check the settings path for the gallery under Admin -> Gallery Configuration -> Settings

this what it shows and I think it is correct.  I have had a domain name channge lately but that part did not change.

I just saw the problem and now it is corrected.  It was in the new url, I needed to add a 's' to the name.
