Newsletter Pro email issues

Hi

We've just purchased Newsletter Pro. It looks as if it will allow us to do what we want in terms of editing and scheduling Newsletters.

However its installation has highlighted a problem with sending emails. I wonder if you can perhaps with this.
It seems that recently(cant say exactly when but within the last week) some emails are no longer being sent from our SMF forum.

For instance topic announcements, notifications of new topics, notifications of new members registering and newsletters are not being sent as far as I can tell.

However some emails are being sent for instance people registering are being sent an acknowledgement and acceptance/rejection emails, and emails sent directly to members (from the profile page) are received.

I am not sending large numbers of emails at once even with newsletters I've been trying with lists containing 2 addresses only. Very occasionally the newsletter send works.

I have tried both php and smtp with the same outcomes. I can send an email from a php script without issue. I dont have problems sending php email via our main website.

Do you have any ideas as to what might be causing this and how I can resolve it. What is really confusing is that sending emailhas been working up untill rececntly.

I am using SMF 2.0.13 with several mod.PHP is version 5.5.21.

We seem to have resolved this, at least with low numbers of emails. Our service provider had made some odd dns entries  for the domain involved and having corrected this emails are being sent via php.
