Downloads / Uploads manager

I have looked everywhere for a Up/Downloads manager where you could not only submit the actual download, but you could also submit a screenshot of the file been uploaded, and it auto thumbnailed the screenshot to a preset/admin changable size.

The display page would need to show the Version number, name of person who submitted it, Screen shot, the file for download, and any other relivant information.

After testing out the fantastic links manager here, I think that could be modified to do this other task. I must say, the links manager is very well thought out, and uns beautifully.

How long would it take to enable the link boxes to use Image tags? Surely this would be quite easy to do. I am desperate for this mod to the mod
