Where's the option to regenerate all medium-sized images?
I can't seem to find it

I suggest a backup first of the thumbnails/medium images.
But you can do it on a category level under
Admin -> Gallery Pro -manage categories
Then click regenerate thumbnails

Oh shoot, I meant for the Downloads mod. I apologize for the confusion. Is there a way to regenerate the mediums?
