Interested in purchase but questions

A long story please bear with me. I have been admin for our forum about a year and recently moved to a new server. Required uploading all new smf files before the forum would work so lost all our mods.
Our club has been using Smugmug for our photos but it is becoming troublesome so I am checking out SMF Gallery.

A previous admin who is no longer involved apparently purchased and installed version 5.0.7 as I found it in our packages folder and installed it.  For reasons unknown it was abandoned and we moved eventually to Smugmug. Now we are intrested in SMF Gallery Pro. Are we intitled to any upgrade discount? Should we uninstall the old version before installing the current version. Is there any way to demo the latest version before purchasing? Thanks!

Yes, if you have your account on this forum or the license key information from the purchase you can login and buy a renewal for a one fee of $25 to get the latest updates.

Thanks. I will look for license key but doubt I will find it. Not a problem to pay 49 for a new license if our photo archivist likes the gallery. I will send him th e demo link. Thanks again.
