Bulk upload issue on Gallery Pro after upgrade to 7.2

I seem to have lost the ability to do bulk uploads.

The option is correctly set and offered - see before

But I see no upload options once clicked - see after.

Please advise where I might look?

Make sure you upload the contents of the gallery. That page loads a javascript for the bulk uploader.

The entire directory from your package is uploaded including Javascript

Can you create and pm an account with bulk upload permissions I will need to see it on the site to see what is going on.
