I'm trying to improve my URLs for a better chance of Google indexing my gallery.
When I view an album (category) the URL shows the cat No. not the title I've given it. Can I change this anywhere?

Not at the moment I have a rewrite addon for prettyurls but it just puts the category ID as url but does not do the title.

Can I change cat ID in Cpanel file manager?
I have pretty URLs installed, a mod for gallery would be great.

Not really it would be alot of changes via sql queries if you change the category id.

The extras package found at https://code.google.com/archive/p/prettyurls/downloads includes support for some addons.

Would that be this one prettyurls-extras-1.0.zip and do I just upload in in file manager as normal?

I've installed that and SMF Gallery was included and works on the images. Thanks so much. Shame about the categorys. Maybe a future tweak??
