Full size image resize for posts

Gallery Pro... my users occasionally upload photos of gigantic proportions and use the BBCode to post them, yielding way-too-big images in their posts.

If they upload the larger image, is there a setting that can resize the full size image to a fixed value, like 800x600?

Gallery Pro for the gallery itself there is an option to auto resize images if too big.  For instance you can set a max width/height if the picture is bigger than that it will resize to max settings.
