Uploading Video

A member has experienced failure in uploading a video file. He told me it looked as though it was going to transfer but, soon the entire site froze and had to restart IE to regain site access. Attempted a second time and it did the same.

I know the permissions are enabled. I'm not sure if I have the correct values entered into the settings. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.

What version of IE? How big was the file?

He responded twice and here are the quotes:

The file size is 3.30 GB and I am using Google Chrome.

The message I gat was something along the lines of.
"site cannot be found".

If you like I can try again and copy and paste the message.

to upload the video.

That is a large file to try to upload...
You can try increasing your php limits here is a topic on how to increase

I think that to prevent any further crashes I'll just tell them all that this has a 3MB limit and not a 3GB one. Thanks for your input!!
