Bulk upload image problem

SMF Gallery pro - users are able to upload single images no problem but as of a couple of days ago it seems that bulk uploads don't work.

Selecting bulk uplaods just results in as per the attachment.

To my knowledge there haven't been any other changes to the site in the way of either mods or manual edits.

I don't have access to the site myself and nor. at the moment does the admin who's crook - but it would help if we could figure out where the star looking?


Any ideas?

I would need to know how it doesn't work.
Are they using the multiuploader? Is it loading?
How big are the files?

as per attachment above mate. I have tried myself.  It doesn't even get to anywhere that multiple images can be selected for upload

So the script isn't loading?
Check that gallery folder was uploaded from the zip file. It has the bulk uploader in there...

likewise, i can't upload multiple images.  i just loaded the 8.0 version from the zip file and i don't see any files that say anything about "bulk" or "multiplier.

It was there its the fupload folder in gallery

Under admin -> gallery configuration -> Use multiple file uploader for bulk uploads

Check that setting.

Then also make sure each membergroup has the bulk add permissions to gain access to the bulk uploader.

i took a look and both are "checked." funny, it was working well until a month ago. any other suggestions?

Is it possible to create me a login that has bulk add permissions.

I just saw your first screenshot it looks like the script is not loading which can be caused by a conflict with another mod or the files are there.

Gallery url was not https in gallery configuration usually occurs if add https later.

G'day guys,

I am the Admin for the forum in the OP, I have been out of action for months with five broken vertebrae in my back, but am managing to get a bit of forum time again now.

I have read the replies in this thread and a few other similar ones and am no closer to bulk uploading than we were when Landyvlad posted the question to start this thread.

I have just gone through all the permissions, we have a lot of membergroups as we rely on sponsors to keep our site running, its a fairly big and busy forum with over 2.5 million posts and up to 1000 posts a day from close to 10,000 members.

I have just created a user for you on our forum SMFHacks, I will PM you with the details and would very much appreciate if you could log in and have a look for us please.
